I'm Rosario Arce, Growth Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in agencies, startups, and independent consulting for leaders. 

I was a university instructor for 5 years, and I built teams from scratch in areas such as Content Marketing, SEO, and Sales.

You will receive a document with the main highlights at the end of the meeting, with no obligation to hire a service.

Frequently Asked Questions about the course

Is there a predefined content plan? What do you learn in the course?

No. The plan is designed for the individual or team who will receive the training after the diagnosis stage. 

What topics most commonly appear in the content plans?

Basic foundations of corporate Growth, translating the vision into action, OKR and NCT methodologies, Growth Hacking, metric analysis, effort-prioritization techniques, impact measurement, budget management, and acquisition/retention forecasting. 

How much does the course cost and how is it paid for?

The minimum fee for any training is 70 USD. 

 

After that, the budget varies depending on the number of live sessions, their duration, number of participants, and exclusive learning materials to be developed. 

Payment can be made in U.S. dollars, euros, or Argentine pesos, in up to 2 installments with no extra charges. 

Is any certificate provided?

No. My training is not part of a formal educational institution (for now). 

However, many companies take advantage of the course context to generate employer and personal branding content for LinkedIn — a service in which I provide support as part of the program.

Is the course a one-time program?

Ideally, yes. Once we understand what Growth is and how it fits with the DNA of the company we work for, applying it to future challenges becomes automatic. 

However, follow-up instances or new specific trainings are recommended, focused on particular challenges that the individual or team may face in the future. 

Additionally, teams can change — whether due to turnover or pivots that modify objectives.

These new sessions may be subsidized or include discounts of up to 50% for those who have already purchased the training before. 

Is my company’s information protected?

Yes. Under no circumstances will private company data or situations be disclosed. 

For complete peace of mind, a legally valid NDA in the company’s country of registration is included along with the invoice for the first payment. 

In which countries and languages can the course be delivered?

For now, only in Spanish. The countries that most frequently hire the trainings are Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Mexico, and Spain. 

However, there are no country restrictions as long as participants are Spanish-speaking. 

Is the content available forever?

Due to confidentiality regarding the training techniques and the potential participation of special guests, the live sessions are not recorded (whether online or in person). 

 

However, all written and/or illustrated learning materials become the property of the company, with full rights transferred.
